One day after the first boys team was released, we’re starting off the 35th annual Cal-Hi Sports all-state girls basketball teams also with underclass players. It’s the best among juniors, sophomores and freshmen. CIF Open Division champ St. Mary’s of Stockton has an unprecedented five that are honorees.
