West Coast Jamboree Names 2023 Scholarship Winners

The 23rd Annual West Coast Jamboree (a 501C-3), the largest education-based girls’ basketball tournament in the nation, is pleased to announce the applicants chosen as winners for its 2023 West Coast Jamboree Scholarship Program, the only one of its kind for any high school tournament in any sport in the nation, girls or boys.

West Coast Jamboree: Day One

Another new No. 1 in girls hoops

Mater Dei of Santa Ana, the preseason No. 1 team in the state, is back on top of the Cal-Hi Sports State 20 after winning the Nike TOC in Arizona. St. Mary’s of Stockton stays No. 2 after downing previous No. 1 Long Beach Poly. There could be more changes after the post-Christmas holiday tournaments.

Girls BB: Updated State Top 20

Long Beach Poly goes to the top of the heap prior to the Nike TOC and West Coast Jamboree. St. Mary’s of Stockton, meanwhile, moves up a spot to No. 2. There also are seven new teams in this week’s pecking order, led by new No. 11 Alemany of Mission Hills.
