The theme of this week is make room for Windward, which we had to do after wins over both Sierra Canyon and Bishop’s. The other theme for nine of the teams in this week’s State Top 20 is travel safe to Stockton since the MLK Showcase hosted by No. 1 St. Mary’s has become gigantic. Unbeaten No. 2 Miramonte facing No. 4 Mater Dei is the biggest of several State Top 20 showdowns we’re looking forward to seeing.
