There were a few moves pondered, but none were made in the first 17 positions this week because everybody that high either won easily or didn’t play. The toughest calls were which teams should go in as newcomers and whether Orange Lutheran should stay in after a loss to No. 2 Corona Centennial. The Lancers did stay and the new teams selected were Serra of San Mateo, Loyola of Los Angeles and Elk Grove. Nearly 30 more teams are ranked on the bubble.

Note: There are not going to be separate free and premium posts for new rankings this season. All new rankings will be for Gold Club members only.
