Our second course of the 2013-14 all-state teams for boys basketball (which marks the 36th year we’ve been doing them) highlights the best for each CIF division, except that we are not doing the Open Division separately. CIF Open Division champ Mater Dei has three players on Division I team while CIF Open Division runner-up Bishop O’Dowd has three players on Division III.

Note: We’ll have an inside look at this year’s boys basketball all-state team posted after all of the teams are chosen, including names of other players who just missed. That post plus our various player rankings for the Class of 2014, Class of 2015 and Class of 2016 and Class of 2017 are for Gold Members only. To sign up for a Gold Club membership, CLICK HERE.

I think you mean sophomore Trevor Stanback (div 3) not his older brother Chance…

Yes, we did. Trevor also made sophomore all-state team and was our freshman of the year last season. Should have caught that. Thanks.

You get the name of a player who may not be ad skilled as others, then you conduct camps, send out invites with no genuine interest. take the parent’s $75~$150 and never touch contact the player again…Politics?

Excuse typos in previous post (omit. touch).

We’ve never taken money from any parent ever in 35 years for conducting camps, sending out invites or doing what you describe. Must be someone else.
